Aje offers a seamless return process for items in original condition with tags attached, provided they are sent back within 14 days of receipt for a refund or store credit. Please note that certain sale items and intimate apparel may be subject to final sale conditions.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
